    What are your Covid policies?
    Currently, our brick and mortar space is open and we welcome you to come shop in person. We also encourage you to shop our site which features our entire in-store collection. If you have questions about sizing you can reach us via text, email, ping, or DM. We're here to help. The safety of our customers, staff, family, and friends is our top priority. 

     What are your hours?
    Monday - Thursday: 12p-5p
    Friday - Sunday: 11a-5p

    How can I get a fitting? 
    Our fitting rooms are open! 
    Right now, our fittings are currently more distanced than in the past. Fitting rooms are restricted to one person per room, masks must be worn the whole time and there's a 30 minute limit for fitting room use. Thank you for your understanding.  

    Where's my order?
    Please email our customer service team with your order number (if you have one) or your question. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. 

    Do you have my past purchases on order?
    We should! Email our team with your name and any details you think will help. We'll respond with your info or account details within 48 hours. 

    What is your return policy?

    My store credit isn't working online, can you help? 
    Please email us the 16 digit code on the upper right-hand corner of your card. We'll set up a code and email you when it's ready for you to use.
