Shipping Policy

Domestic orders:

We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders over $100.

A flat fee of $8 will be charged on orders under $100.

All orders are processed within 48 hours and will be shipped Standard mail via USPS and should arrive within 5 to 7 business days. 

International orders:

A flat fee of $8 will be charged on orders under $100.

All orders are processed withing 48 hours and will be shipped Standard mail vis USPS and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Return Policy

In Store Returns 

Forty Winks will gladly accept merchandise for store credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Online Returns

Our online return policy is different than our In Store policy as we understand that customers have purchased an item without trying it on first.  In these cases, we offer a full refund on items purchased on www.shopfortywinks ONLY, except items marked Final Sale.

Once we receive the return, we will refund your credit card.  Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.  Forty Winks reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. 

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
